Digitalization of services; 618,717 certificates have been generated via e-Albania platform
The General Directorate of Taxes provides services via e-Albania platform at any time and at no cost for businesses, individuals and public institutions.
In the past one year from the provision of these services (October 2017 – October 2018), 618,717 certificates have been generated through the online system. The majority are certificates for payments of social and healthcare insurances received by individuals or entities, but also for payment of liabilities, etc.
The following services can be received electronically through e-Albania:
- Declaration and payment of contributions by the employers
- Request for certificate for unregistered individuals
- Request for certificate to own a car
- Certificate on payment of liabilities
- Certificate for payment of contributions by the entity
- Certificate for payment of contributions for the individual
- Certificate on tax liability
- Certificate for registration of investor
- Certificate of status (active, passive, including date)
- Certificate of turnover for the last 3 years
The taxpayers, individuals and Public Administration officials must log in to the e-Albania portal using their credentials and then they can download the certificates online.
The General Directorate of Taxes remains maximally committed to facilitate procedures in order to provide at any time and at lesser costs a qualitative service to all taxpayers.
