During January – November 2018, the Call Centre has provided assistance to 8,524 taxpayers whom they have contacted via the free green line 0800 00 02. Moreover, 34,212 taxpayers have received information and assistance, who had failed to declare and pay the tax liabilities on time.
Whereas, the Live Chat service, available in the official website www.tatime.gov.al, has responded to 4,656 requests from taxpayers. The General Directorate of Taxes encourages taxpayers to use the services provided by the Call Centre, in order to receive all the required information on time. An operator will assist you on real time from Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 18:00, and Friday 08:30-16:00.
