Manual of inspection from the office has been approved
The General Directorate of Taxes held the 13th meeting of the Operational Committee, where it approved the Manual of inspection from the office.
This document sets out the working tools to instruct inspectors on the steps and techniques that they must follow in conducting a successful inspection from the office. Also, the manual sets out all the procedures to be followed by the inspectors from the office to monitor tax declaration, as well as the accuracy of tax liability payments from taxpayers as per their area of business.
The Manual of inspection from the office will start its implementation on January 1st, 2019.
During this period the General Directorate of Taxes will hold dedicated trainings for the inspectors for each Regional Directorate of Taxes.
