Approximately ALL 40.8 million outstanding liabilities have been collected from the entities in the touristic areas

The Tax Administration would like to make an appeal to all touristic businesses and operators to correctly implement the tax legislation and the obligations deriving from the latter.

Referring to the data available at the General Directorate of Taxes, ALL 40.8 million outstanding liabilities have been collected by the entities operating in the touristic areas. Moreover, the Tax Authorities have contacted 306 debtor taxpayers who were asked to fulfil the tax liabilities and pay the outstanding liabilities.

The well progress of this season is in favour of the economy, tourist flows and businesses that operate in the touristic areas.
