Permanent inspections in the touristic areas; entities have been seized in Llogara, Vlora and Durres

The Implementation Structures at the General Directorate of Taxes have continued with their inspections in the entities operating in the touristic areas.

Referring to the available data, this structure took the following measures: 

• For the entity Eglantina Glacaj located in Vlora, not registered in the tax Authorities, seizure till its registration as a VAT entity.
• For the entity Florie Gllava located in Vlora, not registered in the Tax Authorities, seizure till its registration as a VAT entity.
• For the entity Bego Çapaj located in Llogara, penalization for failure to issue a tax coupon for the second time”, and its activity has been seized for 30 calendar days.
• For the entity Haki Balla located in Durres, not registered in the Tax Authorities, seizure till its registration as a VAT entity.
• For the entity Xhemile Çala located in Durres, penalization for failure to issues a tax coupon for the second time, and it has been seized for 30 calendar days.
• For the entity Arben Carka located in Tirana, penalization for failure to issue a tax coupon for the second time, and it has been seized for 30 calendar days.
• For the entity Donjet Mika located in Tirana, not registered in the Tax Authorities, seizure till its registration as a VAT entity.

The tax structures on field will continue to be present in every business, to provide consultancy and assistance, with ethics and professionalism, to all entities to correct their tax liabilities and comply with the law. The General Directorate of Taxes would like to invite all enterprises that operate in the sector of tourism to respect their legal obligations in order to fulfil their tax liabilities, declaration of employees and issue tax coupons.
