The GDT encourages taxpayers to make use of the questionnaires and surveys to increase service quality

It is important for the General Directorate of Taxes to increase the quality of services provided to all taxpayers through the Taxpayers’ Service offices, Call Centre, as well as the website tatime.gov.al.

In order to further improve these services, it is worth for us to know the opinion and perceptions of the taxpayers toward the Tax Administration.

To this end, taxpayers can fill in the respective questionnaires in the GDT website. This would take a few minutes from your time.

The Tax Administration remains committed to provide assistance and information at any time for any rights and liabilities arising from the effective legislation.
