Dear taxpayers, please get acquainted with your outstanding liabilities on real time through the Call Centre

Since April this year all taxpayers have the possibility to be acquainted on real time with any outstanding liability they might have.

This is a service provided by the Call Centre and referring to the data there are approximately 238 taxpayers that have used and received on real time the required information.

The taxpayers can receive this service only by calling the free green line 0800 00 02 of the Call Centre, from Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 18:00. All interested taxpayers that will call in to get acquainted with their outstanding liabilities on real time, must possess necessarily the following information:

  • The Unique Identification Number (NUIS)
  • The personal number of social insurances (PNSI)
  • The registration status of the taxpayer (active, passive, de-registered, etc)

The General Directorate of Taxes encourages the taxpayers to use this service in order to be as informed as possible on their outstanding liabilities. They will be assisted at any time by the experts of the Call Centre in order to receive the required information.

 

The GDT remains maximally committed to facilitate the tax procedures, as well as to provide at any time and at lesser cost qualitative services to every taxpayer.
