The General Director of Taxes holds a working visit at the Regional Directorate of Korça

The General Director of Taxes, Mrs. Vasilika Vjero, held on Thursday a working visit at the Regional Directorate of Korça. In the meeting with the senior structures of this directorate and upon getting closely acquainted with the current progress of performance, Mrs. Vjero, required that all the steps to respect the deadlines in conducting planned inspections be taken carefully, as well as for a coordination of institutional structures for those inspections having as an object the requests for refunding and their completion within the legal deadlines. Another issue that the General Director of Taxes asked for additional attention from the structures of RDT in Korça, related to the observation of the plan of measures to increase the collection of outstanding liabilities.

During this meeting, Mrs. Vasilika Vjero, specifically stopped at the offices of taxpayers’ service. Mrs. Vjero emphasized the increase of service quality, addressing the special needs of taxpayers whether through the “Corner of assistance for small business”, assistance in completing the tax declarations and/or provision of adequate information for any issue and difficulty faced by the businesses in their daily activity.
