Questionnaire on the quality of service at the Taxpayers’ Service front desks

The General Directorate of Taxes is conducting a questionnaire with all the citizens that visit the Taxpayers’ Service front desks. The GDT appreciates every opinion and suggestion of the taxpayers to improve the quality of the service provided. In the front page of the official website, section “Questionnaires and surveys”, there is a published questionnaire to measure the public perception on the time and quality of the service received.
