RDTs of Korça and Elbasan meet with business representatives

The RDT of Korça met with taxpayers of Devolli district. This meeting focused on the implementation of the anti-informality action and its impact on the taxpayers. According to the business representatives of this area, there is a concern related to the errors in using fiscal equipment and informal trading of goods from various street vendors in road axis.

In the same sense, the RDT of Elbasan met with taxpayers of Gramshi district. During the meeting they exchanged ideas regarding the implementation of the anti-informality action as well as they discussed on the possibilities of benefitting from the Law on remission No. 33 “On the payment and deletion/remission of tax liabilities, customs duties, and the removal from circulation of the transport vehicles after the deletion/remission of the tax liabilities”.

During these discussion tables, the business representatives asked for the simplification of procedures and tax documentation, as well as to increase the level of information.

The Tax Administration is still an active part of these consultations with the business community that will be held throughout Albania, in order to discuss with taxpayers, exchange opinions and hear the problems raised by them.
