Second day of training of the Tax Administration organized by USAID/FSVC
The second day of training of the Tax Administration is being held today.
The training is focused on increasing the managerial capacities of the senior managers of the Tax Administration.
This training is funded by USAID and is organized by Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC).
This training is delivered by two experts of the Irish Tax Administration, Mr. Eddie Hogan and Mr. Declan O' Dálaigh.
The topics discussed in the second day of the training were: Motivation and management theories; Communication and building relationships, which directly affect the outcomes of work.
