GDT meets with representatives from the industry of meat and milk production

The General Directorate of Taxes held a meeting today with representatives of businesses that operate in the sector of meat and milk collection and production. This meeting focused on informing the representatives of the industry on the implementation of the anti-informality action, gathering opinions and suggestions from such industry related to this action, as well as identifying joint challenges and issues in order to improve cooperation with the business.

Sector formalization, risk-based inspections, facilitation of tax procedures for this sector, were some of the other topics widely addressed in this meeting.

The General Directorate of Taxes will take into consideration the proposals of this industry and expresses its availability to adequately address all business concerns related to the performance of the Tax Administration.
