GDT with the support of the Albanian Food Industry will undertake concrete operations throughout the territory by exercising inspections on field for all entities that operate in the sector of collection, processing and trading of milk, and in their points of trade as well

Yesterday the General Directorate of Taxes held e meeting with the Albanian Food Industry to share challenges and solve joint problems in order to improve the cooperation spirit with the business.

Business representatives that operate in the sector of milk collection, processing and trading expressed their concerns on some problems. The main ones focused on how to find a simplified manner for these sectors to use the tax documentation, fight against informality to eliminate the entities that operate in this area unregistered or with a fake tax liability, as well as those that avoid receiving invoices.

Upon a detailed plan, the technical group of the General Directorate of Taxes and Albanian Food Industry will undertake concrete operations by exercising inspections on field for all those entities that operate in the sector of collection, processing and trading of milk.
