Announcement on the publication of the changed models of VAT Declaration and sales book
The Instruction of the Minister of Finance No. 16, dated 05/07/2017 “On an addition and amendments to the instruction No. 6, dated 30/01/2015 “On Value Added Tax in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, has been published in the Official Journal No. 143/2017.
This change is related to the beginning of implementation of the reduced rate of the Value Added Tax for the provision of accommodation service from accommodation structures to the level of 6 percent, as per the changed models of:
