The companies that have gained the right to carry out the tax declarations certification service

Pursuant to the order of the Minister of Finance No.20, dated 27/02/2017 “On the establishment of the commission on the selection of audit companies”, the Commission reviewed the documents submitted by the audit companies related to the fulfilment of criteria to be complied by audit companies in order to gain the right to carry out the tax declarations certification service, as determined in paragraph 80.4.2.3 of Instruction No. 24, dated 02/09/2008 “On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended.

Upon completion of the evaluation process for the documents submitted by the participating companies, it came out that the companies which have gained the right to carry out the tax declarations certification service are as follows:
