ANNOUNCEMENT on parallel transfers, admission at civil service at the executive category
Type of Diploma: “Economic/Legal Sciences”, minimum level of diploma “Master of Sciences”
Pursuant to Article 22 and Article 25 of the Law 152/2013 “On civil servant”, as well as Chapter II, IV and VII, Decision No. 243, dated 18/03/2015 of the Council of Ministers, the Department of Public Administration announces the procedures of parallel transfers and admission at civil service for the executive category, for the following group of positions:
1. First inspector at the Compliance Sector, at the Risk Management Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes - Category: III-b
2. First inspector at the Compliance Sector, at the Risk Management Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes - Category: III-b
3. First inspector at the Compliance Sector, at the Risk Management Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes – Category: III-b
4. First inspector at Risk Analysis Sector, at the Risk Management Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes - Category: III-b
5. First inspector at the Sector of Outstanding Liabilities Analysis and Management, at the Forced Collection Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes - Category: III-b
6. First inspector at the Sector of Outstanding Liabilities Analysis and Management, at the Forced Collection Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes - Category: III-b
7. First inspector at the Compliance Sector, at the Risk Management Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes – Category: III-b
8. First inspector at the Compliance Sector, at the Risk Management Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes – Category: III-b
9. First inspector at Risk Analysis Sector, at the Risk Management Directorate, at the General Directorate of Taxes - Category: III-b
The above positions shall be firstly offered to the civil servants of the same category based on the parallel transfer procedure! Only in case that out of these positions appears that there are still vacancies at the end of the transfer procedure, those shall be made available for competition through the procedure of admission at the civil service for the executive category.
Both procedures (Parallel transfer, admission at the civil service), shall be applied simultaneously!
The deadline to submit the documents for parallel transfers shall be 09/06/2017
The deadline to submit the documents for admission at the civil service shall be 14/06/2017
