Announcement on the removal of the authorization “authorized company” to the company “CKV-NOKI Albania” Shpk

Dear taxpayers!

We would like to inform you that by order of the Minister of Finance No. 29, dated 29/03/2017, the authorization “authorized company” has been removed to the company “CKV-NOKI Albania” Shpk. Based on such order “CKV-NOKI Albania” Shpk is no longer authorized to trade and maintain fiscal equipments for the taxpayers.

Pursuant to the DCM No. 781, dated 14/11/2007 “On the technical and functional features of the fiscal equipments”, paragraph 11: The taxpayer that has a fiscal equipment maintenance contract with an authorized company for maintenance, whose authorization has been removed, shall be obliged to enter into a contract with other persons authorized for maintenance.

As abovementioned, all taxpayers who use fiscal equipments traded by the company “CKV-NOKI Albania” Shpk, shall take the measures to enter into a contract with other persons, authorized for maintenance.

The companies authorized to trade and maintain fiscal equipments are:

BNT Electronics
AED
DAISY & ETM
