Reminder on the deadlines and payment of income tax
Dear taxpayers!
Pursuant to the Law No. 8438, dated 28/12/1998 “On income tax”, as amended, March 31st, 2017 is the last deadline for submitting the form of Income Tax Declaration for the fiscal year 2016. We would like to remind you that beside doing the declaration, the final payment of such obligation shall be necessarily carried out by March 31st, 2017.
Moreover, pursuant to Article 30 of such law, we kindly remind you that the final deadline to pay the preliminary instalment of the income tax for the first trimester of the fiscal year 2017 is March 30th, 2017.
