Announcement for participation in the competition tender procedure to be listed as an “Audit company for the certification of tax declarations”

Pursuant to Article 80 of the Law No. 9920, dated 19/05/2008 “On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended and paragraph 80.4.2.3 of Instruction No. 24, dated 02/09/2008 “On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, the Ministry of Finance would like to invite all audit companies to participate in the process of selection to be listed as an audit company qualified for the certification of tax declarations.

The procedures and criteria to be qualified as an audit company which can perform the certification of tax declarations, are set out in paragraph 80.4.2.3 of the Instruction of the Minister of Finance with No. 24, dated 02/09/2008 “On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended.

The documentation listed in paragraph 80.4.2.3 of the Instruction No. 24/2008 “On tax procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, shall be submitted by 22/03/2017, at the protocol office of the Ministry of Finance seated at: Blv “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3, in a sealed envelope with the inscription “To the commission on the selection of audit companies, to be listed”.

While maximally appreciating the contribution of audit companies in the certification of tax declarations, we would like to encourage all companies that fulfil the criteria to participate in the competition tender procedure to be listed as audit companies.
