Tax Administration Call Centre

To provide a better service for all individuals and taxpayers, since the 1st of February 2017, the tax administration has launched the Call Centre service for all taxpayers.

0800 00 02 is a Free Line that connects callers with a tax administration specialist who is in charge of providing basic information for tax legislation in Albania, return sheets and other issues and services regarding the Tax system.

Time Table:

Monday to Thursday 08:30-18:00

Friday 08:30-16:00
