The taxpayers’ Charter aim is to build a connecting bridge between the Tax Administration and the taxpayers they serve, through mutual trust and respect.

The Charter explains in details the rights and obligations of taxpayers, in order to promote stronger relations between the taxpayers and the tax administration and the spirit of voluntary payment of taxes, within the legal limits.

The charter is addressed not only to every taxpayer, but also to any tax officer, in order to recognize, respect and implement the mutual rights and obligations.
